After
extraction, the oil is kept in temperature controlled, stainless steel
containers
between
13º and 15,º without oxygen.
Afterwards,
the oil is left unfiltered to decant naturally,
being drawn off
and bottled periodically according to order.
This
way a constant temperature is kept, maintaining the oil’s
chemical
and organoleptic values .
